Retreats are an opportunity to take some time away from your day-to-day environment and deepen your mindfulness practice. No previous experience of mindfulness is required but please contact us first to ensure that we meet your expectations.
Our retreats incorporate elements from the Mindfulness Now, MBSR and MBCT programmes, some retreats may include selected guest instructors offering yoga, music therapy amongst others.
Retreats offer the time to explore your mindful experience without time pressure.
Days are structured to offer a variety of mindful activities both indoor and outdoor, although attendance at all activities is not mandatory. Guests are free to explore the surrounding countryside or just spend their time how they wish.
We offer 2, 5 and 7 day retreats.
